Our Treatment Process

The Science Behind Physiologic Insulin Resensitization

a simple explanation...

We have all seen the human body compared to something – but nothing truly can come close to mimicking the human body than Plants. In order for Plants to grow, they need a perfect combination of sunlight, nutrients and water. Too much or too little of any one thing can weaken the plant to the point it eventually withers.

Even with perfect combination of nutrients you can still have external factors effect the proper growth of the plant. Pesticides can get introduced into the roots and can constrict the distribution nutrients and affect the health of the plant. Our bodies are similar. If your body is unable to get the proper amount of nutrients (i.e. sugar molecules) into the cells, your cells will not get the energy they need to function properly and maintain a healthy body. This is what happens with diabetics and pre-diabetics. The metabolism breaks down and the body is no longer able to properly produce cellular energy. Nutrients are constricted from being distributed throughout the body resulting in not enough energy to heal itself.

As your symptoms start to increase have you ever wondered why you always feel worn out, tired and spent? Or why wounds take so long to heal? It’s because your body lacks the cellular energy (ATP) it needs. The cells end up in starvation mode and have limited ability to heal, repair and regenerate. This leads to all sorts of problems including neuropathy, retinopathy, kidney disease and more.

Our groundbreaking treatment Physiologic Insulin Resensitization restores normal physiology and gets the body properly producing cellular energy again. Simply put, it allows the nutrients to get to where they need to be so your body can regain its health. We are proud and excited to offer this type of break through technology and we are very happy that our patient are reporting so many improvements to their health!

Insuline as a Hormone vs a drug

Florida Diabetes Relief Centers provide a unique and groundbreaking treatment called Physiologic Insulin Resensitization where insulin is administered as a hormone rather than a drug; addressing the primary cause of Diabetes… metabolic failure.

Physiologic administration

This unique and patented approach bio-mimics normal physiology and allows the body the ability to reduce insulin resistance which helps blood sugar more readily enter each cell and be converted into energy. With the increased cellular energy, damaged cells within the body are able to grow, repair, and regenerate allowing the body to not only stabilize but in many cases reverse diabetic complications. By precision administrating insulin in a manner that bio-mimics normal physiology, we are able to up-regulate insulin receptor activity and reduce insulin resistance.

Restoring, repairing, regenerating but not a cure

Unfortunately, metabolic impairment is a chronic disease. If patients stop therapy, the improvements experienced from these treatments will diminish over time.
We work with Medicare & Most Insurance Plans To Maximize Your Benefits r

1) Consultation

Every patient’s degree of insulin resistance and ability to metabolize carbohydrates is unique, so we begin with a consultation to determine medical necessity and establish a physician-directed individualized care plan.

2) Induction Phase

The patient’s unique care plan typically includes an “Induction Phase” of weekly infusions, which is reduced as improvements are realized, for approximately 90 days. Visits typically start with three hours and patients are free to move around during the process (read, work, watch TV, etc).

3) Maintenance Phase

Next, the “Maintenance Phase” finds the balance between developing an optimized metabolism and maximizing the time between treatments.  As patients improve, time between visits is extended and visit duration is reduced. A two-hour visit about every four to six weeks is common.

  • The treatment includes an intravenous precision administration of FDA-approved fast-acting insulin using an FDA-approved portable pump.

  • The objective of the precise dosing is to achieve biomimicry of insulin as a hormone communicator to stimulate the metabolism–not to simply use insulin as a drug to suppress a high blood sugar, which typically causes insulin resistance at the insulin receptor level.

  • The pump’s patented biomimicry engineering combined with our patented treatment protocol are designed to administer insulin bioidentically to the body’s way of maintaining an optimized metabolism.
  • Along with the insulin hormone, the patient is given small, specific amounts of glucose (ingested as a dextrose liquid) to stimulate the digestive system and its role in the metabolism process during treatment.

  • Each treatment lasts about two to three hours, and the patient is free to move around the clinic during the treatment.

  • Insulin Sensitization – By achieving insulin sensitivity at the insulin receptor level, glucose can more readily enter cells and be converted into adenosine triphosphate, also known as ATP–a molecule that carries energy within cells.

A Groundbreaking Approach To Diabetes Treatment

What makes Florida Diabetes Relief different is our unique approach to treating type 1, type 2, and pre-diabetes.  We’re not simply improving symptoms but actually addressing the primary cause of diabetes, which is metabolic failure (broken metabolism).
1. Metabolic Restoration
We use FDA-approved infusion pumps programmed uniquely and specifically for our patented treatment program, which retrains the signaling and communication processes between the liver and pancreas, thus kick-starting the metabolism and improving all diabetic complications.
2. Hormone Optimization
Diabetes Relief provides diagnostic testing to identify hormonal imbalances contributing to metabolic failure. We include bioidentical hormones to optimize and improve lipid levels associated with improved brain, bone, heart, breast, and prostate health, which combine to improve quality of life and well-being.
3. Weight Management
Obesity complicates many symptoms of diabetes, such as hypertension and hyperglycemia. Diabetes Relief provides a customized weight-loss treatment plan for each patient that is comprised of intramuscular injections, patented metabolism-optimization treatment, diet, and exercise.
4. Wellness & Nutrition
Our total-patient care plan provides attention to diet and exercise while also monitoring medications, vitamins, and mineral needs. The program is designed to work in tandem with traditional medicine in order to reduce medications and eliminate the risk of harmful side effects, while preventing, improving, and potentially reversing serious complications.
5. Diabetes Relief Coaching
Managing diabetes and its accompanying ailments can seem hopeless, but having a coach can make all the difference. Together, we'll set short- and long-term goals to help ensure your success. In order to avoid serious and sometimes life altering complications it's important to have a good understanding of diabetes and how to properly care for yourself.
